Di benua yang dikuasai oleh kekacauan, Penguasa memiliki kekuatan segel suci yang dapat menenangkan kekacauan dan melindungi rakyat. Namun, sebelum ada yang menyadarinya, para penguasa mengesampingkan keyakinan mereka untuk memurnikan kekacauan, dan sebaliknya mulai bertarung satu sama lain untuk segel suci satu sama lain untuk mendapatkan kekuasaan atas satu sama lain. Shiruuka, seorang penyihir terisolasi yang mencemooh para Raja karena meninggalkan keyakinan mereka, dan seorang kesatria pengembara bernama Theo, yang sedang dalam perjalanan untuk berlatih untuk suatu hari membebaskan kampung halamannya, membuat sumpah abadi untuk bekerja sama untuk mereformasi benua ini yang didominasi oleh perang dan kekacauan.

Charles Denoa / Charlotte Dunois From Episode 5-6 A Harem(?) candidate from France Personally I really like this character from Episode 5 IS anime, I don't really know why but maybe because her cuteness. I really hope that she win ichika heart from the other harem.... Her seiyuu is Kana Hanazama , originally seiyuu from Angel Beats as Tachibana Kanade , Bungaku Shoujo as Amano Touka if i remember correctly..  ha..haa
