She is representative candidate  from germany and also an ace from the military. Her personal IS is  Schwarzer Roegen, a third Generation german IS with the main ability A.I.C (Active Inertia Canceller) that can negates the inertia of moving mass.(??) . She has an eye patch (left eye) to hide her eye that was transplant a nanomachine (she was marked as  failure because her body didn't adapt to the nanomachine). She admire Chifuyu Orimura when she was trained by her for 1 years at germany military, but when Chifuyu show her gentle expression when talking about her younger brother , she become hate him (Ichika).

At the tournament she was defeated by Ichika and Charles/ Chalotte combination attack. An awesome combination...At that time she accidently activate Valkyrie Trace System (that already bannes under the IS treaty) and the IS became look like chifuyu IS machine and also the skill . But soon she was easily defeated by Ichika and faint . Later at a subspace( or mind space ???) she ask ichika why he become so strong?. And Ichika respond that he become strong to protect , to fight for the sake of someone. When she kiss ichika and told him to become her bride (not husband??), It's feel really funny when look at their expression(Cecilia,Lin,Houki) . But why they didn't show charlotte expression??
