Hoshino Kazuma , the main protagonist of this story come back to his childhood place with his younger brother, Hoshino Ayumu .When he arrive, ayumu's hat stole by a monkey, so he went into the forest to pursuit it and meets Ui Nakatsugawa there. Kazuma accidentally kiss ui when he want to across the river and Hinata appears and giving him kamen rider's kick....
