After wake up, Shuichi found out that he get his first pimple on his nose, His sister, maho tell him that his pimple will be increase and cover his face, so he ask Anna Suehiro advice for skin condition because maho didn't want to tell him.

They spend many time together, soon Shuichi realise his feeling for her and confess. They officially become a couple. When shuichi (cross dressing) visit yuki's house with Yoshino , he tell them that he is dating with Anna. After that Yoshino tell him to not go out again because she think Anna will not like it. Yoshino later tell Saori about  shuichi and anna relationship that make saori skip going to school.
In my opinion this anime feel really reality and the story is really good.
