Personally I really like this character from Episode 5 IS anime, I don't really know why but maybe because her cuteness. I really hope that she win ichika heart from the other harem.... Her seiyuu is Kana Hanazama , originally seiyuu from Angel Beats as Tachibana Kanade , Bungaku Shoujo as Amano Touka if i remember correctly..  ha..haa

Ok... First she was introduced as IS France Representative and second male character that can pilot a IS Machine just like Ichika.. and place same room with ichika ( Houki was moved out before new character introduction)

Her Expression make me think of Yui from K-on

I think this is really funny cause how many time I watching Episode 5 (before watching Episode 6) she just look like a girl..How can they assumed that she was a Guy..

Just like Ichika , he become really handsome .Maybe because he(she)'s handsome / Bishounen(?), The type that you want to protect the most..I wonder..

For the first time that  we saw ichika blush furthermore with a guy(?), maybe he think he's into Yaoi..

Her appearance make the other girl jealous because they are really friendly to each other (attach) , even they are between to guy(They didn't know that Charles is a girl).

Her secret finally reveal when ichika accidently show her in the bathroom. After that she tell ichika the reason why she disguise as a guy, and about her past.
She isn't the daughter of her father's real wife and she had been living with her mother separately from her father, but two years ago, she was taken back after her mother passed away. She came to IS Academy by the order of her father to spy on Ichika and collect data about him ( cause he is the first male that can use IS Machine)
